1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to AI Wantu ("the Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please stop using the Service.

2. Description of Service

AI Wantu provides online image processing and AI creation tools including compression, format conversion, cropping, resizing, AI photo editing, and AI image generation. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Service at any time.

3. User Accounts

  • An account is required to use AI features
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account
  • Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access
  • Transferring, selling, or sharing accounts is prohibited

    • 4. Credits & Payments

  • Credits are used for AI features and can be purchased
  • Credit purchases are non-refundable, but credits are automatically refunded if AI processing fails
  • We reserve the right to adjust pricing with advance notice
  • Obtaining credits through unauthorized means is prohibited

    • 5. User Content

  • You retain all rights to images you upload
  • You must not upload content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights
  • You must not upload illegal, obscene, violent, or otherwise harmful content
  • We reserve the right to remove violating content and suspend related accounts
  • You grant us a license to process your uploaded images solely to provide the Service

    • 6. Prohibited Activities

    The following activities are prohibited:

  • Using the Service for any illegal purpose
  • Uploading files containing malware
  • Attempting to hack, attack, or disrupt the Service
  • Automated bulk scraping or API abuse
  • Impersonating others or providing false information
  • Any activity that harms the Service or other users

    • 7. Intellectual Property

    The Service's interface design, code, and branding are owned by AI Wantu and protected by intellectual property law. Copyright of AI-generated images belongs to the user who created them. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use of any Service content is prohibited.

    8. Disclaimer

    The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service, nor do we take responsibility for the accuracy of AI-generated content. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any losses arising from your use of the Service.

    9. Changes & Termination

    We reserve the right to modify or terminate the Service at any time. Accounts that violate these Terms may be suspended or permanently banned. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within a reasonable time.

    10. Governing Law

    These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation; if unsuccessful, they shall be submitted to the competent people's court.
